Custom Home Program

We have developed the process and the tools to enable our clients to monitor and approve the entire design and construction process with minimal face to face meetings in Houston.

Project Management (PM) Tools - See a demonstration on www.jhcustomhomes.com home page.This tool allows our clients to remotely monitor their schedule, budget, e-mails, change orders, pictures, etc. The PM Tools are used to document the design and construction of the home while providing an easy to use communications system and complete documentation package upon completion.

During construction, we update all project information on a weekly basis using our PM Tools. A weekly conference call between our clients and our head of construction, interior designer and site superintendent keep everyone on the same page throughout the project. We post the budget weekly as well so our clients know where every penny is being spent.

A detailed project review meeting is conducted along with site visits during client visits during the project. Final finish selections such as paint colors, countertop materials, cabinet designs, lighting, plumbing, flooring materials, etc. are done during a client visit if possible, or by e-mail and selection codes if a client visit is not possible.

Exec-U-Build Program

Why not eliminate the urgency to select a new home, save alot of money, give you or your spouse something fun and important to do in a new city, and get exactly the home you want in the exact part of Houston!

We have put together a great team of professionals to do just this. Our team will:

• Find executive housing, either single or multi-family.
• Secure financing if needed.
• Evaluate ideal areas to live in and locate lots for construction.
• Provide architectural and interior design services.
• Work with you and your spouse in our Exec-U-Build program, where you act as the General Contractor and we as your Consultant. This program allows us to drastically lower our fees and gives you complete control of the design and construction process. We provide the know-how and the resources and you provide the project management services with our guidance.
